Cannot speak highly enough of this business!

This place is the real deal, I was in town and my computer died. It might have been the best thing to happen to me. I actually waited a few weeks to write this to make sure this computer really was as good as it seemed, wow it is GREAT! Best laptop I have ever owned, for the price of the junk I was buying back home in Manhattan. I am going to order every computer I ever use for the rest of my life from this guy. I simply said what I needed and I finally have a laptop that takes care of all my needs! I can not speak highly enough of this business! WOW!

Better laptop repair service than Micro Center!

I had been a customer of Computer express. They closed and I had to find a new place to take my laptops and desktops for repair. Micro center is too much and too formal. I was able to find The Computer Store on North High Street in Clintonville. I am very glad i did. Great service and they found a cheaper fix that saved me $60 off the original quote. I love this place. I have a business where getting my laptops fixed quickly is important. I am now a customer. Thanks Charlie Deibel

Upfront and honest laptop repair in Columbus Ohio!

I have come to the Computer Store on more than one occasion. Each time they have been upfront, honest and provide very good customer service. I brought my laptop in yesterday and received a call this morning that it has been fixed! Highly recommend and will take my laptop here whenever it has a problem.

HP Laptop repair in Columbus Ohio better than Best Buy!

I had cracked my brother's HP screen, and it needed fixed. I went to Best Buy, and they said it would be over $300 AND take 3 weeks to repair. Being extremely discouraged, I decided I would try one last place, and google searched computer repair shops near OSU campus. I saw The Computer Store had 4.9 stars and many reviews, so I decided to give it a shot.

James did the repair service for $180, and it took a little less than a week (would have been only two days but my screen needed special ordering). He was straight forward about the repair, very friendly, and overall I am completely satisfied with my experience. They did a great job on the repair, and I would highly recommend going here and NOT Best Buy!!!!! I'll definitely be coming back if I have anymore computer problems.

My only complaint is that James wore a University of Michigan Shirt.... (EW)

Highly recommend

Good guys to do business with. I had problems with my Toshiba laptop, I called around to a few places. I talked with James, I felt comfortable after he explained to me what needs to be done and especially with their free diagnostic. He called me later and said that I infections on my laptop and got it fixed. I was worried about my data and he told me that I wouldn't lose anything. I highly recommend these guys. Doug
